Three Guitars
A five-piece band featuring the guitars and vocals of Brian Butler, Jack Cook and Chris Stevens with Mark Dalton and Russ Kammerer (bass and drums)

When the Three Guitars get together, it's a one-of-a-kind night. Never repeated, known only to those who make the scene. Jack Cook has been around Seattle a long time, digging into the heritage of the blues, traveling to the South to connect with the generation that really came up playing the blues. He flavors his blues with some hokum feel. Talking Yank Rachel, Robert Lockwood Jr., like that.

Chris on the other hand has a smooth, jazzy tone and can really spin some soulful melodies with his playing. He can sing real good also; catch him doing "Boogie Real Slow". You'll get the picture.

Brian is somewhere in between: a fingerpicker who fell in love with Mance Lipscomb's acoustic Texas guitar, got caught up digging Buddy Guy all the time into the lyrics of Bob Dylan, Tom Russell, and Leonard Cohen.
